MW-SL14 Autonomous Pallet Stacker

Autonomous pallet stacker for driverless lifting up to 3.5 metres

The MW-SL14 is an autonomous (driverless) pallet stacker AGV built by Multiway Robotics, a manufacturer of autonomous material-handling forklifts with operations across China, the US, Germany, Korea and Japan. It is a self-driving industrial truck that lifts and stacks palletised loads without an onboard operator, aimed at warehouse and intralogistics automation.

1,400 kg rated load (1,000 kg at max height)

3,500 mm maximum lift height

Positioning precision plus or minus 10 mm

LiDAR navigation with stereo obstacle avoidance

200 Ah LFP battery, 6 to 8 h runtime

What it does

The MW-SL14 drives forward, reverses and turns autonomously to transport pallets and stack them to a maximum lift height of 3,500 mm, with a rated load of 1,400 kg (1,000 kg at full height). It navigates by LiDAR (with optional reflector support) and reaches stacking positions to a precision of plus or minus 10 mm. Stereo obstacle avoidance, a bottom obstacle-avoidance radar and fork-head anti-collision detection govern safe movement, while pallet pose identification and goods-presence detection confirm correct pickup; optional barcode/RFID reading supports inventory tracking. It runs on a 200 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery for roughly 6 to 8 hours and supports automatic or manual charging.

Where it's used

Multiway positions the MW-SL14 for warehouse automation, distribution centres and manufacturing facilities where palletised goods must be moved and stacked between floor level and elevated rack positions. Its compact 1,751 x 998 mm footprint and 1,184 mm turning radius suit narrower aisles and space-constrained layouts. Multiway has shown the platform operating in industrial settings such as the auto-parts sector.

Why operators choose it

Removes operators from repetitive stacking and pallet-transport tasks

Reaches 3,500 mm to serve elevated rack positions automatically

Plus or minus 10 mm placement precision reduces mis-stacks and rack damage

Compact footprint and 1,184 mm turning radius fit tighter aisles

6 to 8 hour LFP battery runtime with auto-charging for extended shifts
