T300 AMR

Autonomous 300 kg material delivery for the factory floor

The PUDU T300 is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) built by Shenzhen-based Pudu Robotics for industrial material delivery and internal logistics. It is the company's first robot designed expressly for industrial environments, debuting at Hannover Messe 2024. The T300 carries up to 300 kg and navigates marker-free through discrete manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

300 kg maximum payload

12 h runtime unloaded / 6 h fully loaded

VSLAM + LiDAR SLAM marker-free navigation

ISO 3691-4 industrial safety compliant

60 cm minimum path clearance; 2 h fast charge to 90%

What it does

The T300 transports materials autonomously between production zones, replenishes line-side supplies, and moves quality-control samples without fixed path markers or facility modifications. It uses fused VSLAM and LiDAR SLAM navigation with depth cameras and collision-protection sensors, and its "map-and-go" function lets it run without network connectivity. Operators can choose Auto-delivery, Follow, or Power-assist modes, and swap between Standard, Shelf, Lifting, and Towing attachments. It runs up to 12 hours unloaded (6 hours fully loaded) and fast-charges from 0 to 90 percent in two hours.

Where it's used

Pudu Robotics positions the T300 for discrete manufacturing and internal logistics, citing applications such as 3C electronics manufacturing, automotive parts processing, metalworking, and semiconductor fabrication plants. Typical tasks include delivering supplies to production lines, transferring work-in-progress between stations, and conveying samples for quality inspection. Its 60 cm minimum path clearance suits narrow, human-robot shared aisles common in factories and warehouse back-of-house areas.

Why operators choose it

Moves up to 300 kg autonomously, freeing staff for higher-value work

Marker-free VSLAM + LiDAR navigation deploys without facility remodeling

60 cm clearance maneuvers narrow, shared factory aisles

Fast 2-hour charging plus battery swap supports continuous operation

Modular attachments adapt one base to shelf, lifting, and towing tasks
